  • Longer ads count by the minute. Every extra minute uses one more concept from your plan, so a 3‑minute ad uses 3 concepts. Part-minutes round up, so a 2:20 ad counts as 3 concepts.

FAQ

Why not just hire a video editor for this?

An ad that sells isn't made in the edit. It's made in the creative direction and visual development, with a real grasp of persuasive storytelling and what sells. We run the complete AI production process: creative direction, visual development, asset generation, quality control, editing and final delivery.

Who funds video generation credits?

Generation credits are funded separately by the client and are not included in the monthly fee.

What AI video tool do you use?

We produce with Higgsfield and its API.

I have raw footage. Do you offer editing only?

We specialise in AI video production and no longer take standalone editing projects. We can use your raw footage alongside the AI creative during the edit.

Are there refunds if I don't like the videos?

Each project needs custom creative direction, generation credits and production time, so payments are non-refundable once production begins. Unlimited revisions are included within the approved concept and scope, so you get the best video possible.

How do I give feedback?

Every client gets a dedicated Frame.io workspace. Comment directly on the frame and we revise from there.
